Farm Care connects users to nearby farms and farmers’ markets, delivering high-quality produce straight to the doors of those who might struggle to find affordable healthy options. Farm Care strives to support both urban and farming communities where carefully sourced produce is handpicked and delivered without trouble.
The branding combines expressive typography with thoughtful illustrations to create an experience that feels approachable with a clear purpose.
