Seeking mental health support can feel nerve-wracking or even embarrassing for college students. The goal of this project is to create a welcoming space where everyone on campus can feel comfortable and realize they're not alone.
The Campus Calm Collective is a traveling mental health event that visits universities and helps students unwind through a variety of activities, including a creative expression and storytelling space, a journaling workshop, and a guided meditation workshop. By celebrating creativity and personal expression, the event offers relief from the everyday stress of university life. And because everyone copes differently, these activities give students a range of ways to care for their well-being beyond simply talking about how they feel.
